Solomont Speaker Series: Dahlia Lithwick & "Lady Justice: Women, the Law, and the Battle to Save America"
About
Tuesday, March 28 I 5:30 PM ET I ASEAN Auditorium, Cabot Center
When Donald Trump was elected president in 2016, many women committed to challenging his administration – with the power of the judicial system behind them. In her recent New York Times best-selling book, "Lady Justice: Women, the Law, and the Battle to Save America,” author and Supreme Court reporter Dahlia Lithwick uplifts these women’s stories and achievements from the birth of Trumpism to the death of Roe v. Wade. Join a conversation with Lithwick to discuss "Lady Justice," the mobilization of women in the law during the Trump Era and what it means to be a citizen activist. A book signing with Ms. Lithwick will immediately follow the conclusion of the event at 6:30 p.m. in the mezzanine area outside ASEAN Auditorium. Copies of "Lady Justice" will be available for purchase.
Join the Lady Justice Book Club! Interested in reading "Lady Justice" and joining an informal discussion of the book with its author, Dahlia Lithwick, and fellow students?
